Who we are

ObjectionLabs is operated by Objection Labs. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us through our contact form or on (801) 999-0869.

What we collect and why

  • Account details — name, email, login credentials, company, sales role and vertical. Used to create and run your account (contract performance).
  • Training content — objections you log, typed and spoken responses, uploaded call recordings and their transcripts, scores and coaching notes. Used to deliver the coaching you asked for and show your progress (contract performance).
  • Team data — if a manager invites you, your scores and logged objections are visible to that team's managers. Used to provide team coaching (contract performance).
  • Enquiries and leads — name, email, phone, company and message when you use the contact or trial forms. Used to reply to you and follow up about the product (legitimate interests).
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, error logs. Used for security, fraud and spam prevention, and product improvement (legitimate interests).

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us — we never see or store your card number.

AI processing

Objections, responses, recordings and transcripts are sent to AI model providers to generate grades, coaching and transcripts. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share, including customer personal data or recordings made without the consent your jurisdiction requires.

Who we share data with

  • hosting, database, email and analytics providers who run the service for us;
  • AI model providers who process training content to produce coaching output;
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and subscription management;
  • professional advisers such as legal and accounting, where needed;
  • authorities where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep account and training data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after it closes, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries and leads are kept for up to 24 months. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local supervisory authority. Data may be processed in the United States; where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Plan & billing. This cancels any active subscription and permanently erases your profile, training history, saved objections, call analyses and team data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security and audited administrative access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your free trial usage, and to keep forms secure. We do not run advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will stop working.
