Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will raise it for you. Paddle's full terms are in their refund policy.
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan with 3 AI-graded reps a month.
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, get in touch — we would rather sort it out than have you feel stuck. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case.
